Mixed caseload, particularly in Regulatory law to provide legal advice and represent the Council in court

Conduct legal research and provide advice to the Council on Community Protection, Licensing, Environmental health and Regulatory law

Prepare and attend Local Authority Committee meetings when required

Represent the Local Authority in routine and contested cases in Magistrates or County Court

Supervise the day-to-day management of the service as requested and deputise for the Legal Manager as needed
