Venn Group’s specialist public sector legal team is assisting a South West Local Authority which is looking to appoint a Property Lawyer on a locum basis., * Overseeing all aspects of commercial property matters related to asset portfolio management

Managing and advising on the development, sale, lease, and other transactions involving public sector land holdings

Providing expert advice on all aspects of local authority land transactions

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards

Offering strategic and practical advice to clients on property matters

Developing effective solutions to complex property issues, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
This is a full time, remote working position for an initial duration of 3 months. It would best suit a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx) with strong Local Authority experience.
