About the job: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, representing clients in a range of disputes from pre-action stages through to trial and enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, legal arguments, and correspondence
- Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients
