The role involves joining the Employment team, providing expert advice and supporting team development. You will represent both employers and employees across a broad range of employment law matters, including advisory and contentious work (claimant and respondent). Responsibilities include handling cases involving contracts, dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination, trade union matters, and more. You will contribute to the strategic growth of the department while managing a diverse and active caseload. This is a full-time position, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
