Legal Assistant (Property) – South West Local Authority – 6 months + – Office-Based- £20-£25 Umbrella

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a South West Local Authority on an interim basis, to start as soon as possible.

This is a full-time position, offered for an initial term of 6 months. The role is office-based and candidates will be expected to attend the office in Bristol every week.

This position sits within the Property legal team. It will involve providing administrative support to a large team and some transactional work under supervision, including property acquisitions, tree preservation orders and general property-related work. Candidates must have a background in property law, gained within the public or private sectors. Similarly, some conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential.

An hourly umbrella rate of between £20-£25 umbrella DOE is offered for this position.
