Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mobile) We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineering Specialist to join our clients Estates team, supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a busy healthcare environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining critical plant and equipment that supports patient care and essential services across the sites. This is a mobile role, a vehicle is provided, however you must be able to commute to Canterbury in order to collect the vehicle on a daily basis. The remit then supports sites across Kent. The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will undertake a broad range of planned and reactive maintenance activities across mechanical and electrical systems. You will be expected to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, oversee minor installation works, and contribute to compliance and improvement projects. Day-to-day duties will include: Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs Fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems Maintenance of HVAC systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), boilers, pipework and Building Management Systems (BMS) Servicing emergency lighting and low-voltage electrical systems Supporting water hygiene compliance and monitoring activities Carrying out equipment upgrades, refurbishments and minor project works Ensuring all work complies with Health
