Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Venn Group Specialist in providing senior level legal solutions to private practice and in-house clients for Venn Group Interim Non-Contentious PFI / PPP Lawyer (6 Months) London | City Law Firm | Start: Mid-September / Early October Our client, a highly regarded City law firm is looking to engage an experienced PFI / PPP lawyer on an initial six-month contract. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a leading team on complex, high-profile infrastructure projects, providing advice to both public and private sector clients. The role: Advising on a broad range of PFI / PPP contracts and other national partnership programmes, including NHS LIFT, Building Schools for the Future and the Welsh Government Schools MIM projects. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating project agreements, service contracts and ancillary documentation. Supporting clients with contract variations, refinancing, handback planning, and operational issues on long-term partnership projects. Advising on procurement and governance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Working closely with stakeholders across government, sponsors, contractors and service providers. The firm is seeking: A qualified lawyer with solid experience in PFI / PPP and related infrastructure contracts. Strong background in non-contentious projects work, ideally spanning both public and private sector clients. Ability to manage complex contractual arrangements and provide clear, practical advice. Availability to commence a six-month contract from mid-September / early October. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected City practice on a contract basis, working on some of the UK’s most significant public-private partnership projects.
