Interim Governance Lawyer - In-house - Six months

Our client, a global professional body/regulator is currently looking for a Governance Lawyer for a period of six months to assist on a large project. The role would be working closely with their Head of Governance & General Counsel to manage a Constitutional Review project at pace.

Key Role Objective:

  • To lead a significant project to update all of their governing documents and processes which are complex and out of date.

The project will be supported by external lawyers so they need someone who is used to managing external legal instructions effectively and managing time and costs.

This role is offering a competitive daily rate and our client is flexible around a hybrid working arrangement (ideally 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week).
