A well-established charity is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join their Fundraising team. This is a pivotal role focused on growing income from individual supporters and developing donor journeys across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of individual giving campaigns to achieve income targets
  • Manage appeals, regular giving, and digital fundraising activities
  • Create and optimise donor journeys to improve retention and engagement
  • Line manage one Individual Giving Officer, supporting their development and performance
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Fundraising and Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage the individual giving budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering individual giving campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing direct marketing, digital fundraising, and regular giving programmes
  • Ability to develop and deliver supporter journeys that drive engagement and maximise lifetime value
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insight to inform decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience line managing or supervising fundraising staff
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills

Salary: £40,000
