We are supporting an NHS Organisation with the recruitment of an interim HR Advisor
Role: HR Advisor
Rate: Band 6 (Location dependant)
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 months initially
To be considered for this role you will be required to have the following experience;
Education & Qualifications
• Educated to degree level Education or qualified to Post Graduate CIPD diploma level
Skills
• NHS experience desirable but not essential
• Broad experience in a generalist HR Adviser role or comparable level including with experience of providing credible advice on a range of employment related issues
• Demonstrates strong IT, numeracy, and data analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret HR metric data, and provide insight expertise analysis and benchmarking against best practice
• Previous experience of providing HR advice to staff at all levels and supporting change management programmes, and managing Employee Relations (ER) cases as well as providing HR advice at all levels in an organisation
• Demonstrates up to date knowledge, and understanding and application of current UK employment law and including evidence for understanding of the evolving trends in HR best practice
• Contributed to policy development or reviews, and training to ensure that they remain fit for purpose and aligned with organisational priorities
• Demonstrates a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Experience of working effectively as part of a team, building strong relationships, influencing and contributing to shared goals
