Hours: 30 per week (0.8 FTE)

Location: Hybrid – Yorkshire / Remote

Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation based in Yorkshire who are looking to bring in a HR Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of November 2026. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for formal and informal information and advice on employment policies and procedures across the Trust, as well as employment legislation, NHS Terms and Conditions, pay and a broad range of people issues
  • Working on own initiative, prioritising own workload and ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are met, supported by the HR Business Partner
  • Managing a case load of employee relations activity including disciplinary, grievance, dignity, civility and respect at work
  • Supporting managers in performance management issues
  • Reducing sickness absence through active management of cases including short-term and long-term sickness
  • Providing advice on health and wellbeing initiatives and workplace adjustment
