HR Advisor (Band 5) Vacancy Available
Length: Fixed Term Contract until the end of November 2026.
Hours: 30 per week (0.8 FTE)
Location: Hybrid β Yorkshire / Remote
Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation based in Yorkshire who are looking to bring in a HR Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of November 2026.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Acting as a first point of contact for formal and informal information and advice on employment policies and procedures across the Trust, as well as employment legislation, NHS Terms and Conditions, pay and a broad range of people issues
Working on own initiative, prioritising own workload and ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are met, supported by the HR Business Partner
Managing a case load of employee relations activity including disciplinary, grievance, dignity, civility and respect at work
Supporting managers in performance management issues
Reducing sickness absence through active management of cases including short-term and long-term sickness
Providing advice on health and wellbeing initiatives and workplace adjustment
