HR Administrator
Annual Salary: Β£24,500 β Β£25,500 PA Depending on Experience
Working Hours: Full-Time, hybrid-working pattern (2 days on-site per-week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator, with an established law firm based in Manchester. This is a fixed-term vacancy, and so candidates who are keen to continue their career in an award-winning firm would be best to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing day to day transactional queries
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new employees, referencing and processing DBS checks
- Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to and resolving queries where possible
- Processing family leave (i.e. maternity and paternity)
- Maintaining employee records, adding documentation and processing any changes to working pattern or arrangement
- Undertaking various administrative tasks as and when necessary
Candidate Profile:
- To apply for this post you must have demonstrable experience working as an HR Administrator, and processing transactional functions
- The ideal candidate would have experience working in a legal setting
- A keen attention to detail, and a desire to work in a fast paced environment
