Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available:

Position: Homeless Support Worker x2
Location: Middlesbrough
Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)
Length: 1 month rolling contract, opportunity to go permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, rolling rota
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness
- Assist clients in accessing housing, benefits, and healthcare services
- Develop and review personalised support plans tailored to individual needs
- Advocate on behalf of clients with local authorities and service providers
- Offer practical life skills guidance, including budgeting and tenancy sustainment
- Monitor client progress and update records to ensure effective support delivery
Essential Criteria:
- Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Important to have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
