A well-regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to step into a Head of Department role. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a highly respected team and shape its future direction.

The role
- Lead the Employment team, offering professional advice and general team support
- Act on behalf of both employers and employees, including work for Trade Unions
- Handle the full spectrum of employment law matters – advisory and contentious (claimant and respondent)
- Help shape the strategic growth of the team while managing a healthy existing workload
- Full-time, with up to 4 days remote working
