As a successful candidate it is essential you will have specific experience in managing a team in a similar large environment as well as an HND/HNC qualification. Additionally, it is required that you have relevant experience in a construction setting working in Facilities Maintenance/ Building and Infrastructure Survey and Inspection/ Gas etc. background.
The role will consist of the following duties:

Managing the FMC Compliance Team in line with University and Estates & Facilities core values

Contribute on delivering, developing and monitoring the standard of FMC Compliance operations and services in line with SLAs & KPIs

Ensuring compliance with and promotion of the University policies, procedures and requirements related to Health & Safety, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Monitoring and reviewing long-term strategies for FMC Compliance in line with direct reports and supporting the Head of Compliance and Maintenance
The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role managing a large team in a similar environment
