Transformation Manager (Soft FM) - Surrey
Venn Group's specialist Estates & Facilities recruitment team is recruiting a Transformation Manager (Soft FM) for a leading NHS organisation in Surrey. This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in the delivery of a major New Hospital Programme, helping shape future Facilities Management services across a new healthcare estate.
The role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of future Soft FM operating models for a new hospital environment
- Driving transformation, service redesign and operational readiness across Catering, Domestic Services, Portering, Security and other Soft FM functions
- Providing specialist operational input into the planning, design, commissioning and mobilisation phases of the programme
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure facilities services align with clinical, operational and strategic objectives
- Supporting business case development, workforce planning and service improvement initiativesIdentifying opportunities for innovation, sustainability and digital transformation within Soft FM services
About you
- Significant experience within a senior Facilities Management or Soft FM leadership role
- Strong background delivering transformation, change management or operational improvement programmes
- Experience working within NHS, healthcare or other complex operational environments
- Knowledge of healthcare facilities standards, operational requirements and service delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and programme management skills
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Project Management or a related discipline
Key details
- Pay: GBP36.59 per hour
- Location: Surrey
- Contract: 4 months initially, like to extend and become permanent
- Start: As soon as possible
