A leading non-profit organisation is looking for an Events and Engagement Officer to join their team. In this role, you’ll help plan and deliver a major national hybrid event while also supporting smaller-scale events from start to finish. Job responsibilities: Shape, plan, and deliver impactful events, working in partnership with research programmes Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide evidence-based event recommendations Coordinate with speakers and academic leads to align event goals and formats Address delegate inquiries and identify collaboration opportunities Collaborate with marketing to promote events and manage production Maintain accurate event CRMs, calendars, and documentation Write consistent and on-brand event content Secure cost-effective event suppliers Person specification: At least 2 years’ experience in event management Experience using CRM systems Knowledge and experience of working in the academic sector is advantageous, but not essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Annual salary: £39,000 Location: London Contract length: 6  months contract Hybrid working: 2 days per week on site This vacancy will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged Venn Grou…
