A position has arisen for an Estates Manager within a highly regarded organisation based in the Northern Home Counties on a temporary – ongoing contract. This role is mainly responsible for contract management and dealing with compliance.

Your duties will include:

• Providing engineering and building services leadership, ensuring effective maintenance programs
• Developing the estate operations in line with the corporate objectives
• Efficient and effective management of contractors including specialist contractors dealing with highly complex plant and equipment
• Plan and organise engineering and building services shut downs or connections for maintenance or new works
• Ensuring that remedial works identified by ppm/compliance/mandatory checks and tests are undertaken to a suitable standard and in a timely manner

The successful candidate should have:

• You must have previous experience of managing engineers
• Technical Maintenance knowledge and be Electrically or Mechanically biased
