Venn Group are partnered with a long standing East Midlands firm who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join their respected team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment and opportunities for progression.
As an experienced Conveyancer you would be responsible for a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Responsibilities:- Handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters
- Acting on matters such as sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Assist junior team members with adhoc advice
- Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or Fee Earner with over 2 years' PQE
- Noticeable experience within a conveyancing department
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
