5 x Head of Asset Management Opportunities

Defence & Critical Infrastructure | 6-Month Contracts

Location: Bristol, Devonport or Clyde

Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on site, with occasional travel

Initial six-month contracts, with potential extension or permanent opportunities.

We are recruiting five senior Asset Management leaders to support a major transformation programme within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation:

  • Head of Asset Management – Strategy
  • Head of Asset Management – Governance & Assurance
  • Head of Asset Management – Performance & Risk
  • Head of Asset Management – Data & Digital
  • Head of Asset Management – Lifecycle Delivery

These are delivery-focused leadership roles for individuals who can translate asset management strategy into measurable organisational outcomes.

Profile/ Responsibilities:

  • Senior asset management experience within a large, complex and regulated environment
  • A strong delivery background rather than solely advisory or consultancy experience
  • Successful implementation of asset management transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
  • The ability to navigate complex organisational structures
  • Evidence of delivering measurable business outcomes

Must have experience:

  • ISO 55000
  • Defence or nuclear environments
  • Infrastructure asset management
  • Major capital programmes
  • Digital transformation
  • Benefits realisation and organisational change

Desired:

  • SC/DV clearance (MOD)
