Support a Local Authority in Staffordshire as part of their Technology Services and Change Delivery function, supporting the design, development and enhancement of corporate digital solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst/developer with strong Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience who enjoys working across system development, integration, and service improvement.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 Months Initially (likely extension)
Rate: Negotiable Day Rate (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Location: Midlands / Hybrid Working (minimum onsite presence)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and support Dynamics 365 / CRM solutions, including configuration, customisation and enhancements
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages
- Build and support internal and external-facing digital services, forms and workflows to improve performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between systems
- Provide hands-on development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to support portals, pages and front-end functionality
- Support end-to-end change delivery from requirements analysis through development, testing and go-live
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with data protection, cyber security and governance standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) in a development or technical analyst capacity
- Strong experience across the Power Platform, including Power Pages / Portals
- Hands-on coding experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience developing system integrations using APIs
- Strong understanding of working within Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience delivering digital change within complex organisations (local government/public sector desirable)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
