Enfranchisement Solicitor (1–8 PQE) | Nottinghamshire

Hybrid Working (up to 3 days remote) | Salary up to £70,000

A well-established and highly regarded property-focused law firm is looking to recruit an Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its growing Nottingham-based team. Enfranchisement is a core pillar of the firm’s practice, making this an ideal move for a solicitor who wants to specialise, develop, and progress within a genuinely supportive environment.

This role offers the chance to join a dedicated enfranchisement team, rather than operating in isolation, with direct access to senior lawyers and leadership for technical support and career development.

The Opportunity

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of enfranchisement work, including:

• Lease extensions
• Right to Manage (RTM) claims

The client base includes managing agents, residential management companies, and professional landlords, offering both consistency and technical interest. You’ll work closely with experienced enfranchisement specialists who value collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 1 year PQE
• Solid background in enfranchisement and/or leasehold matters
• Commercially minded and confident working in a modern, progressive firm
• Strong technical ability paired with excellent client care skills
• Proactive, motivated, and aligned with a forward-thinking culture
