We are partnered with a leading International Law firm as they look to add to their Employment team, focusing on working with claimants and our trade union/staff association clients and referrers.

Responsibilities
- Providing advice and assessments on the merits of potential tribunal, regulatory, pension and other claims
- To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Employment Team and Business Services Division
- Managing employment tribunal and pension cases
- To contribute to the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan and firm’s commonality of purpose
- To deliver a high quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics
Requirements
- Admitted to the roll of solicitors or a member of the bar, FCILEX
- 5 or more years experience in Employment Law
- Business development experience (preferrable)
- Confident individual who works well within a team
On Offer
- Negotiable salary up to £100,000
- Bonus scheme worth up to 20% of your base salary
- Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)
