Job Description

Our client, an NHS Trust in South London, are looking for 2x Band 6 Employee Relations Advisors to start immediately.

The hybrid working pattern is 3/4 days per week on site, and the rest will be working from home. The position will be for approximately 3 months, paying £23.25 per hour including holiday pay.

You will need to have experience in working with an ER caseload of 30-40, and experience with coaching managers on how to avoid ER matters becoming formal.
