Venn Group’s specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor on behalf of a well-established law firm. The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial, contractual and civil disputes
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk management
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement, trial or alternative dispute resolution
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court pleadings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of client service
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider litigation team and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience handling dispute resolution matters
- Strong technical knowledge of civil litigation procedures and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high standards of client care
- Organised and detail-oriented approach with strong time management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and professional attitude
