Job Description Senior HR Business Partner Plymouth– Hybrid working, 3 days on-site per week Rate: DOE £35–£40 per hour Via Umbrella Contract: Six months; Start: ASAP We are recruiting exclusively for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join an established organisation operating within a highly regulated industry. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to deliver both strategic and operational people initiatives across the business. Lead strategic workforce planning, ensuring the business has the skills and capability required for future growth Develop and implement effective talent retention and succession-planning initiatives Support talent acquisition activity for business-critical and specialist positions Use workforce data and HR insights to identify trends and inform decision-making Coach and advise managers on complex employee relations and performance matters Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements Build strong relationships across HR, leadership and operational teams Substantial experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner or in a comparable position A strong background within a regulated or compliance-led industry Demonstrable experience in strategic workforce planning, talent retention and talent acquisition Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Available to start at short notice and attend the site 3 days per week
