Data Strategy and Transformation Lead Duration: 6 months Rate: Negotiable daily rate (Inside IR35) Flexible Hybrid Working Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Data Strategy and Transformation Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy within their council. This role is central to advancing their approach to data management, building an analytics-driven culture, and supporting critical budget objectives. As the Data Strategy and Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for revisiting foundational recommendations, overseeing the technical and organisational aspects of the data management processes, and leading the council in moving from siloed data to a cohesive, high-quality data ecosystem. This includes the expedited implementation of Power BI to facilitate automation and reporting as well as creating an adaptable structure that aligns with council-wide objectives.
