Overview
CRM Systems Trainer (Bespoke) contract role for deploying a customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the client\βs teams. Trainers will deliver onsite and virtual sessions to teach current employees how to use the new system.

Job Title: CRM Systems Trainer (Bespoke)
Contract Length: 3 months subject to extension (Nov β March)
Location: combination of remote and travel UK wide
WFH: Yes with travel to other sites
The rollout may involve sessions at various locations across the UK. The client covers expenses and aims to minimise costs by assigning trainers to sites near their homes where possible.
Responsibilities
- You will need strong delivery skills; with the ability to pick up a script and deliver with confidence and interest
- The audience will be quite senior in role, so experienced trainers are required
- This phase of training is different to CRM. Itβs training current employees on a new system for processes they already understand
- There may be resistance, as the new ways of working may not be seen as βbetterβ; empathy will be needed here
