Rates: £280 – £310 per day via umbrella

Location: combination of remote and travel UK wide

Role Summary / Key Duties / Essential Requirements

The project involves deploying a customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the client\\\’s teams. They will be familiar with processes and will need to be taught how to use the new system.

Trainers will be required to deliver both onsite and virtual sessions. The client\\\’s head office could be in Leicestershire, so some of the trainer sessions will likely take place there.

For the rollout, trainers could be assigned to various locations across the UK. The client is covering expenses and will likely aim to minimise costs by assigning trainers to sites near their homes whenever possible.

We are looking for someone with several years experience.

Important notes

  • You will need strong delivery skills; with the ability to pick up a script and deliver with confidence and interest
  • The audience will be quite senior in role, so experienced trainers are required
  • This phase of training is different to CRM. It\\\’s training current employees on a new system for processes they already understand
  • There may be resistance, as the new ways of working may not be seen as “better”; empathy will be needed here
  • You must be willing to travel (expensed) and have no holidays booked between mid-November and March, minus some of the Christmas week
