Council Tax Officer (Academy)

Hourly Rate: £23 – £27 per hour (umbrella)

Hours: Full time

Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in the South West to recruit a Council Tax Officer until the end of June.

Main duties of the job:

• Responsible for all aspects of Council Tax Billing and Recovery
• Dealing with queries raised as a result of recovery action being taken
• Monitoring cases in arrears daily
• Maximising the council’s income
• Supporting customers to find ways to pay off debt owed to the Council
