Venn Group is partnering with a top-tier Legal 500 firm in Northamptonshire to seek an accomplished Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their highly regarded team.

The Role

As a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements. You will advise a broad client base and contribute to the growth and success of the department.

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years\’ PQE
