A well-regarded regional firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their team on an interim basis for one day per week, starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services
- Website terms and conditions
- Manufacturing and distribution agreements
- Licensing of copyright and trademarks
- Advising on GDPR compliance, including drafting and reviewing policies and advising on international data transfers
