A well-regarded regional firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their team on an interim basis for one day per week, starting as soon as possible. The assignment is ongoing until January, with potential to extend, and offers one day per week remote working. Full secretarial support is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services
- Website terms and conditions
- Manufacturing and distribution agreements
- Licensing of copyright and trademarks
- Advising on GDPR compliance, including drafting and reviewing policies and advising on international data transfers
