Responsibilities
- Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, lease renewals, and licenses for landlords and tenants
- Conducting thorough title investigations and preparing reports on title
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with local businesses, investors, and developers
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 2 or more years experience
- Solid technical background in commercial property law and landlord/tenant matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively
