A top client of ours is seeking a diligent Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of one year post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice to a broad client base, including investors, developers, and corporate entities.
• Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements.
• Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
• A robust understanding of commercial property law.
• Proven track record of managing transactions with precision and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to continuing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice.
