Commercial Property Lawyer Location : East of England Contract : Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week) – Part-Time applications considered Salary : £43,000 – £49,000 per annum About the Role Venn Group are assisting a Public Sector Organisation with a Commercial Property Lawyer requirement on a permanent basis. As Commercial Property Lawyer, the successful candidate will be advising on a diverse range of complex property and regeneration matters for local authority clients. You will also manage land disposals, title investigations, and industrial estate management. Key responsibilities include: Legal Advisory : Provide expert legal advice on commercial property, regeneration, and corporate matters. Project Work : Advise and negotiate on large-scale development projects, acquisitions, disposals, and estate management. Multi-Agency Negotiations : Work with multiple stakeholders, including public sector bodies and charities, on complex property matters. Client Representation : Represent clients in negotiations with third parties to manage property transactions effectively. Team Collaboration : Support Senior Lawyers on regeneration projects and work as part of a dynamic team. Compliance : Ensure adherence to internal practice management systems, including time recording and billing.
