The Role
Locum Commercial Property Lawyer β Up to Β£60 per hour umbrella β Remote Working β Initial 3+ months
Venn Groupβs specialist legal team is currently working with a Local Authority to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.
- Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
- Duration: Initial 3+ months with potential for extension
- Location: Remote working with occasional office attendance desirable
- Hours: Full-time or part-time considered
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Commercial Property matters, including sales, purchases, and landlord/tenant work
- Advising on academy conversions and related property issues
- Supporting with general property enquiries and regeneration projects as required
About You
- An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer
- Local Government/Public Sector experience is strongly preferred
- Able to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively
