The Role

Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Up to Β£60 per hour umbrella – Remote Working – Initial 3+ months

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a Local Authority to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.

  • Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
  • Duration: Initial 3+ months with potential for extension
  • Location: Remote working with occasional office attendance desirable
  • Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of Commercial Property matters, including sales, purchases, and landlord/tenant work
  • Advising on academy conversions and related property issues
  • Supporting with general property enquiries and regeneration projects as required

About You

  • An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer
  • Local Government/Public Sector experience is strongly preferred
  • Able to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively
