Our client, a leading legal 500 firm with offices across Thames Valley, is seeking to add to their already well-established Clinical Negligence team. The firm has built up a fantastic reputation as the go-to firm in the area, offering a full remit of legal advice.
As they look forward into the future, they have pinpointed the Clinical Negligence team as a key area to further expand, so are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their close-knit team. Dealing with high-value claims along with being accustomed to the current case law and proposed changes in fixed costs/clinical negligence pre-action protocol for cases under £25k.
