Six month contract - London - Hybrid working
I am working with a global FMCG business experiencing a significant period of growth and seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a six month assignment. This opportunity is suited to a lawyer with approximately four to eight years PQE who is confident working within a dynamic international environment.
Key areas of responsibility:- General commercial contracts
- Intellectual property matters
- Support with disputes
- Corporate M and A activity
- Franchising related work
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- A commercially minded lawyer with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience gained within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or another fast paced sector
- Someone comfortable managing a varied workload with a degree of autonomy
- Immediate or near term availability
- Hybrid working with two days per week in the London office and three days remote
- Fully remote may be considered for the right candidate if commuting is not feasible
