We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor to join a busy Middlesex office from April, with ongoing work available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handle new build transactions, shared ownership, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of client care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents and other introducers
Candidate Requirements:
- Confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property work
- Personable, proactive, and professional
