Duties may include:

Managing a busy and varied caseload of Childcare cases

Advising client departments on complex issues concerning Childcare Law

Providing Childcare Public Law advice and undertake all aspects of Care Proceedings work

Attending courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required and to represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties in matters regarding the areas of legal practice relevant to the post
