We are working with a Local Authority to recruit for a Business Support Officer – Property Services. The candidate will work as part of a team of Business Support Officers covering general duties and individual work on assigned duties or for a specific area. Please see some key details below: Rate: £16.95/hour, inside IR35 via Umbrella Duration: 3 months FTC Site Attendance: In office full time Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities To provide excellent administrative and business support to the Property Services team Maintain and improve internal filing structures, with excellent diary management To provide support to SLA Managers Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive way to ensure key objectives within Professional Services are met Creating, maintaining and updating of documents and spreadsheets Liaising with contractors/suppliers and providing feedback to clients e.g. outstanding work Financial support duties include the raising of purchase orders and issuing of invoices, completing payment voucher payments, year-end processing Experience: Local Government experience is not essential but desirable Background in property services is desirable Confident with core IT systems such as Microsoft Office…
