Venn Group have been exclusively engaged by a fast growing Private Healthcare provider on a search for a part-time Business Analyst. This is a part time role (3 days per week) that has potential to grow into a full time role and can be done almost fully remotely, with an office presence required roughly once a month. The position reports into the Finance Director and will be working very closely with the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or opportunities for automation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, objectives, and desired outcomes
  • Analyse data to create reports/dashboards to identify trends that can support management decision-making
  • Analyse waiting list times and competitor landscapes
  • Explore potential investment opportunities (particularly into NHS Trusts)
  • Identify risks associated with business changes and ensure proper mitigation strategies are in place

Requirements:

  • Professional Analytical experience in a Private Healthcare setting (NHS experience also considered)
  • Educated to minimum degree level, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
