Manage technical design packages, designer performance and making appropriate technical management responses, including SME advice

Be accountable to the Principal Engineer for the design development of building work packages for quality, cost and schedule

Assist the Principal Engineer to ensure effective Quality Management Arrangements via compliance with the client’s management system

Ensure that contractors are familiar with the hazards and risks and ensure that processes and activities are documents with appropriate records

5 years’ of experience with modular building construction

Experience or knowledge in RIBA Design Stages

Engineering apprenticeship/HNC qualification in relevant engineering discipline

Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
Desirable:
- In depth experience working in a range of commercial or defence projects
