We are seeking an excellent Executive Assistant that will provide a high level of support to the Chief Executive. The Executive Assistant’s role will involve duties in administration, facilities, and support in governance and PR. This role is key to enabling the CEO to focus on the right things at the right time and to provide a high level of support to the senior members.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality executive support to the Chief Executive, including gatekeeping, diary and inbox management, and handling enquiries
- Support senior managers and board members with admin tasks such as preparing papers, proofreading reports, minute-taking, and action follow-up
- Proactively manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain organisational systems, including the policy library, governance support processes, and overall office readiness
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support wider communication activities
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, including events, health and safety tasks, catering, expenses, and general administrative duties
Skills and abilities
- Extensive senior-level PA/EA and governance experience, with exceptional organisational skills and complex diary management
- Excellent minute-taking, written communication, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, able to work proactively and under own initiative
- High proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
