Mechanical Engineer - Bournemouth - 3-months on-going
Venn Group's specialist Estates & Facilities recruitment team is recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to support a contractor delivering projects across a public sector estate. This interim opportunity offers a varied role working on complex building services, plant, and engineering systems across multiple sites.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Undertaking fault finding, testing, installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment
- Ensuring critical building services remain operational through planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Providing technical guidance to maintenance staff and contractors while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
About You
- Significant experience working within a complex engineering or building services environment
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical and/or plumbing systems and associated maintenance requirements
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, technical guidance, and industry standards
Key Details
- Rate: £26-29 per hour(Umbrella)
- Location: Bournemouth
- Contract: 3 Months Ongoing
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Start: ASAP
