Venn Group is exclusively working with an established healthcare organisation to recruit for multiple EBME Specialists to complete planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Hourly rate: £30 - £38 per hour via an umbrella company (DOE)

Duration: 3 - 6 months initially

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: London

The successful candidate will:

  • Carry out repairs and review damaged equipment, including fault finding and diagnosis
  • Perform calibrations and verifications to ensure equipment remains safe and updated
  • Deal with queries in a timely and courteous manner, liaising with staff and clinicians in a positive manner
  • Work autonomously to correct issues and find causes of faults in devices with multiple complex and inter-related systems
  • Carry out Medical Electrical Safety Testing and Acceptance Testing as required
  • Ensure training is kept up to date and safe procedures are strictly adhered to
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clinicians and procurement teams

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within the NHS or Healthcare Sector
  • Ability to deal with fast-paced changing clinical pressures, successfully managing last-minute demands
  • Demonstrated specialist technical and practical knowledge of medical equipment
