Job Description

Temporary Vacancy – Recruitment Coordinator

  • Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire (Hybrid working available following training and induction)
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Rate: Β£13.21 per hour + Β£1.59 holiday pay (PAYE)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or resourcing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing a high-quality service to candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Manage vacancies and candidate applications through the recruitment system
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments
  • Ensure pre-employment checks are completed accurately and compliantly
  • Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder communication
  • Support recruitment events, assessment centres, and attraction initiatives
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with relevant employment legislation and organisational policies

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition experience
  • Understanding of pre-employment checks and compliance processes
  • Confident working in a high-volume environment and managing competing priorities
