Accounts Receivable Assistant (3-Month Contract) Location:  London-based University Hybrid Working: 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home Hours: 35 hours Hourly Rate: £17.00 – £19.00   Reference: J80285 Purpose of the Post: Responsible for the creation, credit checking, and maintenance of accounts. Inputting and distribution of invoices and sundry documentation. Receipting, processing, and allocation of payments and refunds using various payment systems. Interrogating online bank statements to identify and locate payments, facilitating the bank reconciliation process. Liaising with internal and external customers via telephone, email, and in person regarding accounts, billing, and incoming payments. Person Specification: Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, bookkeeper, accountant, or equivalent, preferably in a Shared Services environment. Working knowledge of MS Office products and financial systems Experience in higher education is preferred. Excellent client and customer service skills.
