Location: Berkshire
Duties Include:
- Maximise income by managing rent accounts and assist customers with rent arrears
- Act as an aid for customers to sustain their tenancies
- Addressing the needs of each customer, assessing mental capacity, accommodation needs, and support through multi agency partners
- Addressing low level ASB
- Advice customers on tenancy management issues, including housing benefit, internal transfers and applying for council housing
- Conduct visits and inspections to ensure policy procedures and health and safety are being adhered to
- Ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate
- Develop and maintain support plans
- Maintain good relationships with all support providers, local authorities, and external agencies
Experience Required:
- Experience in housing management or a similar role
- Knowledge of housing legislation and statutory guidance
- Enhanced DBS required
- Clean driving licence and access to a roadworthy car with business insurance required
Pay: £14.00 per hour
