Duration: 3 months temporary

Location: Berkshire

Duties Include:

  • Maximise income by managing rent accounts and assist customers with rent arrears
  • Act as an aid for customers to sustain their tenancies
  • Addressing the needs of each customer, assessing mental capacity, accommodation needs, and support through multi agency partners
  • Addressing low level ASB
  • Advice customers on tenancy management issues, including housing benefit, internal transfers and applying for council housing
  • Conduct visits and inspections to ensure policy procedures and health and safety are being adhered to
  • Ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate
  • Develop and maintain support plans
  • Maintain good relationships with all support providers, local authorities, and external agencies

Experience Required:

  • Experience in housing management or a similar role
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and statutory guidance
  • Enhanced DBS required
  • Clean driving licence and access to a roadworthy car with business insurance required

Pay: £14.00 per hour
